Casa Mar Azul is a brand new custom home that is located in the most privileged area of Isla Mujeres - Punta Sur (South Point) very private, quiet & secluded. The house is surrounded by the Caribbean Ocean on 3 sides and located next to Garrafon National Park & Garrafon De Castilla Beach Club which is located literally right out the back door of our home.

The home features a beautiful infinity edge pool with color changing LED lighting and a tempered glass around the edge for added safety..The pool creates a mirage of sparkling blue water from the Caribbean to the coastline of Cancun. There is a large living and dining area with 'one-of-a-kind' custom built furnishings throughout the home. Open & spacious beautifully furnished living & dining area that allows you to 'bring the outside - inside' and glass doors that fully open to allow you to feel the breezes coming off the ocean. Travertine flooring throughout the home with fully equipped deluxe kitchen, natural granite counter tops, Complimentary international phone line for you and your guests to use during your stay to keep in touch with loved ones, Dish satellite TV (with US channels), High speed WiFi internet throughout the home, Ceiling fans in every room, and split air conditioning units in all rooms.

The home has three master suites. The main level of the house consists a large bedroom with a King platform bed, walk in closet and large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the 2nd level of the home you will find the beautiful Master suite that offers King size bed, 'floor-to-ceiling' windows overlooking the Caribbean Ocean & nearby Cancun, oversized luxurious full bathroom and lots of room in the closet and the 3rd Bedroom with two Queen beds, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with large shower. Each bedroom has a large private full bathroom with walk-in showers and marble vanity tops. Second level bedrooms have walk-out balconies/terraces overlooking the Caribbean.

All bedroom suites have private terraces and Spa bathrooms.
