Caribbean Casa is located on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico. A short scenic ferry ride from Cancun across turquoise waters will take you to the small but popular island. Caribbean Casa sits on the Malecon only a short walk away from pristine white sand beaches and amazing restaurants and shopping.

Caribbean Casa boasts incredible sea views both to the east and west and is where the owners have created and lived the phrase, ‘Mi Casa es Su Casa’ for friends, family and visiting renters for the last 13 years.

The Casa is comprised of two self-contained apartments, Casita Sonrisa, the ground floor apartment orienting to the east and Casita Isladise, the upper apartment that is on two levels with multiple balconies and a roof top with 360 degree views to take in the setting sun and the rising moon at the same time.

The interior décor is what you would come to expect with island charm from the hand-made Caribbean-colored tiles to the televera bathroom sinks, warm welcoming colors and a view that has you saying “Wow” from the moment you enter.

Casita Sonrisa is studio-style with an open floor plan, full kitchen, full bathroom and the most favorite part, the king bed which fully faces east where you can watch the rising sun without leaving your bed. They say you have to do that at least once, but after you experience it, you will want to do it every morning! This unit also has a balcony with a secured gate to the Malecon with ocean views that you will never tire of. The dipping pool will keep you cool and the hammock is a favorite for those afternoon siestas.

The upstairs apartment has main-floor living with the full kitchen, a full bathroom and living room with the first of 4 balconies, with this one facing east so you can start your day with a coffee and sunrise. Upstairs is the master bedroom, spanning the entire floor with another east facing balcony, which is a great spot to also take in the sunrise or find some mid-day shade and the favourite west-facing balcony which has a dipping pool and comfortable seating. From this balcony, take the stairs up to the rooftop where it will be a favorite Happy Hour spot to end your day taking in the setting sun and the rising moon and the 360 degree views. It is truly an experience that has kept guests returning year after year.

The owners have established a faithful and returning rental business, if one could call it that. The guests who return year after year treat the Casitas as their own, taking pride in their use and being respectful of the premises and staff.

This magical spot, located at the narrowest part of the island, offers ocean-views from both sides and is being sold fully furnished with all appliances, dishes, decor and linens. Intellectual Property and Marketing assets are also included.

Both units are frequented occupied and showings must be scheduled in advance. This is a must-see property!
