- Personalized Welcome – Upon booking, you’ll receive a welcome email, and we’ll be happy to assist with any pre-trip questions.
- Concierge Service – Upon arrival, our concierge will greet you in person, provide a walkthrough of the property, and be available via email or WhatsApp during your stay. (We recommend downloading WhatsApp before your trip.)
- Fresh & Clean – Your suite will be professionally cleaned before arrival, with fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels provided.
- Eco-Friendly Housekeeping – For privacy and sustainability, cleanings occur at the end of your stay or every 7 days for longer visits. Fresh towels and additional cleanings are available upon request for a small fee.
- Convenient Trash Disposal – Guests are responsible for bringing trash to the bin just outside the front door (garbage bags provided).
