Cancellation Policy

Cancellations. A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are more than
sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will result in a refund of monies collected minus 30% handling fee.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival
date, forfeit the advance payment with no refund of monies paid. Early departure does not warrant any
refund of monies paid. Any reservation that is between December 19 and January 2 requires a ninety (90)
day notice to cancel in order to obtain the refund of the advance payment less 30% handling fee.
Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no
refund of monies paid.

Deposit Policy

50% of the reservation is due once confirmation has been sent.
The balance of the reservation is due 30 prior to arrival.
If this is a last minute booking, the entire fee must be paid to confirm the reservation.
Property specifics will be provided once the reservation is confirmed.
