Project Updates
3 units have now been delivered! The rest are being finished as you read this. The common areas are now being finished as well as the elevator. In a couple weeks the common areas will be done and they will start renting the units which have been sold. The furniture for the common areas was just delivered and the developers have selected a very high end brand for the common area furniture that should mean they will last for a long time to come and look amazing. Right down the end the developers are not cutting corners! This is definitely the finest quality build we’ve seen on the island.

We are so close to the end of this project! Kitchens are going into all the units, the landscaping is complete. The electric commission had a delay in installing the full electric connection which caused a few delays but the elevator is scheduled to be installed beginning of January and the developers are now projected the end of January to be able to deliver all units. From now until Jan 1 the developers are offering the reserve units for just a $25k downpayment until you they are ready to give you possession of your unit. The pool has been poured, the forms are off and we are VERY excited about how amazing this pool will be. 20M/66Ft long it will be amazing and being built raised off the ground your views will be unobstructed to the water. Float in the pool and all you’ll see is SEA. The conduit and wiring has been installed under the sidewalk along the road. The are just waiting for the electric commission to switch the power to those lines and remove the existing power lines. They are sparing no expense to make sure you have a perfect view from your new condo! They are up to the 3rd floor now installing flooring. The developers of this complex are doing an amazing job with progress. In this batch of photos you’ll see how they are moving very quickly. We have photos of the model unit that have created on the ground floor for people to get a good sense of the finishings they will be using. The pool is progressing very well as is the exterior. They have gotten flooring in on the ground floor units and are working on the second floor. All in all we feel they are doing a fantastic job with attention to detail, materials and overall project quality and speed.
What a great way to welcome in 2024. The rooftop was poured last weekend as I was taking these photos. The overall structure of the building is now complete and work has already begun on the ground floor and second floor installing flooring, drop ceilings and HVAC/plumbing/electric. This project has advanced at a great pace and we anticipate keeping up the pace into 2024. The developers are promising to deliver before the end of the year so that would be a fantastic Christmas present for this coming year, but get it now!
One month later and we’ve made it to the starting the walls of the penthouse units. This project is advancing quickly!
This project is going up quickly. They are currently working on the 3rd floor andSave have started finishings in one of the ground floor units to use as a model. Hopefully we will have them all sold out before that is done! Project is scheduled to finish in December of 2024 but the developers are dropping hints they might be done before. That would be a record on Isla for a condo project to be delivered ahead of time.
