Casa Mango 5

Casa Mango is a brand new unique 4 unit property located mid island just north of Mango Cafe and across the road from Rosa Serina.  The property can be rented a one 5 bedroom home or as individual one and two bedroom units. It is special in its multiple rental options.  Walking distance to many of the island's best restaurants and some wonderful local eateries, you can rent this property and only leave to go to the beach which is a 10-minute golf cart ride away!

The common area includes a large heated and jetted dipping pool.  Gathering in the common area you will enjoy socializing with your family or friends you make from the other units.

When rented as a 5 bedroom unit you will also have access to the amazing rooftop palapa with 360 degree views of the entire island.  Each of your guests or family members will have their own private suite that includes a full kitchen, living room and bedroom area. This is the perfect rental for couples wanting to travel together and yet maintain their privacy.

High Season & Regular Season 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Remaining 50% to be collected within 30 days before arrival date.  Maximum occupancy is 10

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of monies collected less 30% handling fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no refunds of monies paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of monies paid. Any reservation that is between December 20 and January 3 requires a ninety (90) day notice to cancel in order to obtain the refund of the advance payment less 30% handling fee. Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the advance payment with no refunds of monies paid.

Reschedule Policy:- When cancelling with a sixty (60) day notice. The deposit provided will be kept in an escrow account that can be used towards a new reservation made within 6 months from cancelling and completing travel within a year. Reservations not rescheduled within 6 months will forfeit all funds.
